Just wondering if anyone has tried taking magnesium for depression and anxiety. I started taking it becuase of really bad leg cramps after exercise. I got to reading more about magnesium and its benefits. One thing that it is good for stress :smile:. I've been taking it for a few weeks, and my leg cramps are gone, I thought my potassium was low, but I am drinking orange juice and eating bananas...still had cramps :mad:. I also read it can help with depression. I do know for sure that I feel great!!! More energy, and a better frame of mind. Has anyone tried it?
