Having been on the forum for the length of time that I have, At the time I had joined, We had a mostly female population. I am glad in ways that this poll is being conducted as I've been a bit curious if that has changed over time. No offense or biases intended.

In my case, it's been on and off the forum. I've recently returned to do some very needed work on life plate load reduction, which for me is/has/will be an ongoing process. I find that periodic breaks from the forum is a good growth meter for me, I know that others do this in their own ways also.

This site works that way! If used correctly, breaks can be a great measure of personal growth. It sure works this way for me and when I come back it's usually during a time of struggling like I am now. I am okay, just overwhelmed with the amount of I am processing since I am dealing with a personal anniversary which is annual. I find I have a long list of anniversaries, this is one is mega huge!

At the time I had joined, We had a mostly female population.

We still do, being around 75% female (Simon advised me of that but might be a bit off on the percentage though its close to that) but also remember that with MANY new people a day, this can always change.

Im female age 35 myself.

You might want to add other to gender as there are some on here that dont identify with male or female and i learned that was called gender binary and not the 1s and 0s kind, though there are several.
