I'm feeling so much anxiety. I am full of regret for opportunities missed and actions not taken the past couple of years. I wish I had known what I know now. I also feel a tiny bit of hope that I may be able to turn things around if only a little bit.

Much better than this morning, no anxiety, It was pretty bad today. I feel relieved to get this out of my system for today.

At ease

Had a Dr's appt today, and he said that my chronic chest ache and increased bp were because I'm in the very early stage of our recovery.

We also has a discussion on meds if needed at a later date.

Day by day I'll get through this crap.!

And find my new normal.......

As I said before, I was a first responder to a airliner crash....

And the Sully commercials send me into a dark place, in the before times I could endure this, but now that I'm emotionally naked now, this sucks!!

I leave the room every time it shows.
