My main problem now is that I haven’t a daily rutine at all. I sleep during the day and I am awake at nights. Also I eat when I am hungry, whatever time it is. I have tried to create a basic daily rutine, it works for few days and then, I come back.
Any ideas that could help me? I basically believe I want to avoid daytime and its responsabilities
