To me a 10 is the original traumas, going through that shit the first time. Unless some dumb motherf*cker wants to try to rape me again, I would never rate myself at a 10 unless ... Well, I guess when I went out on disability that was a 10, totally non-functional and SI. Was hitting 7s and 8s regularly while doing PE (just finished, woot! Woot!) Was at 8/9 this time last year.Nowadays I live between a 4 & a 6, with spikes of 7.
