I really feel the need to Do some work on this area, and desassemble a certain thought structure I have created in my mind now.
When I get into a conflict I tend to shiver (Not visible but I feel it) Racing heart, Tunnelvision, mind goes slightly blank. I think most of us are aware of adrenalin response while being in a fight or flight mode.
----Conditioned conception of Man/ego: I “must“ be strong, speak up, dont show weakness, you “must“ win -------
This is a strong core belief that has been implanted in my childhood, now as an Adult I am aware of the fact that I can make my own thoughts about this and decide which ideas/views I am willing to take over and which not.
What bothers me is my body response. I am aware of the fact that my Corebeliefs are interwoven to this, I have to examine/ditect/and dismantle it to truly change.
Someone has ideas? Have you tried any techniques?
