1 ~ I feel low so I have gotten into bed.
2 ~ I haven't felt like this for a long time - have felt upset plenty but that's a momentary thing which passes.
3 ~ I recognise that now more than ever is when I need to keep my self care habits up.
4 ~ And I have done to some extent.

1) after this dismal winter we have a nice day but I think I have to nap. harumph
2) so many thoughts after therapy but I think I need to nap
3) at least the mutt got a good play session and special pup is eating
4) looking forward to seeing the bf tomorrow even if it is going to be potentially a hard day

I love coffee.
I have been selling all my eggs so there are none for me.
Someone on Craigslist saw my ad, and liked how I treated my chickens, and asked if I would take her 4 young chickens since she is moving. Yay!
I have to build a coop for the new chickens for quarantine.

Breathing difficulties when eating have caused me to aspirate food into my sinuses...must talk to doc about it.
I've gained 10lbs even tho I am exercising more, ... frustrating.
The Hippa law should have exceptions for family members searching for loved ones.
Cannabis should be legal, studied extensively, and then people educated and medicated.
Family members arguing...not my circus, not my monkeys!!!
