What emotion do you dislike most in yourself?

LOL! I never @dharma Girl was allowed throughout my familial life (until father passed in '08) to have a point of view? What's that? So now I am learning to try and listen and cultivate my own opinion and feelings and thoughts on any given subject on any given day. And I am so excited also overwhelmed to do so. I don't want to judge or...for that matter be judged..I'm too busy in self-exploration and discovery of my lost self.
 
I can relate. I have dealt with jealousy this week. I have a friend that I usually sit with on Thursday evenings at a supper we both go to. Recently she has been sitting with a woman I do not know, and spending the whole time talking with that woman, and basically ignoring me.

Today, I had a chance to really see what I am missing, because at lunch, when we both sat together, that other woman was not there. Then she did not ignore me like she has been. When I got home just now, I realized I was jealous of that other woman and the attention my friend has been giving to her.

Then I read your note, @420kitty and said, to myself, well, at least I am not alone in this! I don't like feeling this way either!
 
Speaking of HAPPINESS, Myself and Dharmagirl will be leading a HAPPINESS CHALLENGE in a few days, if not sooner. We will let you know when we start it. It will be a 21 day Challenge and it has 5 things that we are to do each day to raise HAPPINESS. I'll post a link here, when the time comes.
 
Feeling weak. Don't think that's really an emotion. Helpless to fix a situation? That's the worst. The inability to help.

I would say, wanting to feel wanted is a close second.
