Well he hasn't been treated ENOUGH. He hasn't healed ENOUGH.

There is more to the stress cup explanation. There is a 4th cup for combat PTSD. It has a button which is put there by combat training and that button can be pushed at any time regardless of the level of stress in the cup. That results in a fight reaction each and every time. No matter how treated / healed a combat veteran is that button never goes away.

Not true in every situation. It's an EXPLANATION nothing covers 100% of everyone all the time. I've dealt with combat PTSD with more than one person, and no ...it doesn't always result in a fight reaction. Sure, in a certain percentage, but not everyone all of the time.
My dad, yep all day everyday....my husband, never...total flight in most non military/police applications.
