I just tried liquid ionic magnesium for the first time, and OMG! It took away my nausea (caused by anxiety), as well as my anxiety itself. (And in lightning time I might add!)
I’ve since been researching magnesium as a supplement and it seems that low magnesium levels can cause anxiety and depression issues (or at the very least cause these issues to worsen.)
I’m not sure how many kinds of liquid magnesium exist, but I take the ionic form, which is what the body has in the bloodstream already, magnesium ions. So no worrying about the umpteen different kinds of magnesium, some of which have low bioavailability and just pass right on through without being absorbed.
Another positive of liquid supplements is the precision dosing. You can count down to the drop if you need to, whereas with pills you can only get certain pill sizes.
I generally don’t push supplements on people, but given how much better I feel after the first few doses, I knew I had to share.
I’m one who doesn’t do well on most pharmaceuticals so I’m beyond the moon excited that I have such positive results with this supplement.
Maybe it would help you, and maybe it won’t. If you have a magnesium deficiency (as I know I do since my diet is oftentimes poor), then supplementing with magnesium could really help you. You never know until you try.
I hope my post helps someone! It’s just sad how the medical world pushes drugs in us without even checking to make sure that we are getting essential nutrients!
Oh, but be careful with dosing! I took too much and ended up running to the bathroom. From now on I’m going to divide up my doses throughout the day. It also tastes pretty vile, but if you get the same anxiety relief I do, you’ll find a way to get it down lol.
