@EveHarrington - okaaaay...It was actually a legit question. Because from what I’ve read about MJ, it seems like our body is specifically designed to use MJ to deal with a range of issues.

The stuff you’ve suggested, is essentially stockpiling amino acids into your system. And I can’t figure why that’s any more ‘natural’ than ingesting anything else that naturally occurs in nature. There’s nothing in our recommend daily diet that indicates taking vitamins in unnatural forms is ‘natural’ or necessary.

But, whatever.

Things like Iron?

We need them to survive.

I just discovered I have an iron deficiency. It was responsible for many of my depressive symptoms.

There is no such thing as a pot deficiency because our bodies don’t need pot to survive. It’s not essential.

I’m really not understanding how you don’t understand the difference between essential vitamins and minerals we need to survive and non-essential natural supplements that may have a positive benefit but won’t cause disease/disorder if we do not ingest them.

Okay, yup, I get that.

For some people, not eating enough vit C enriched fruit and veges leads to scurvy. For others, not using MJ leads to epileptic seizures or chronic pain.

Basic survival? We could live off bananas. It seems to me that everything else is dietary modification for the purpose of improving our health. And MJ? Seems to improve a lot of people’s health.
 
MJ for me out of near mutism/shutdown, cutting, severe alcohol abuse, starvation/anorexia type ED level depression for heaps of years but it eventually started to make things worse so I stopped.

I've now had good success with SAMe. It's as effective as anti-ds without the risks, addiction, and health impacts.

Got not for. Blasted auto mistakes!
