Have any of you seemed to lose your appetite this month so far?

I think it is because of the full moon that will come this month. I think it is a real powerful one and it seems that most people I listen to have lost their appetites this month.

I am usually having a good appetite and can eat all kinds of things, but now I find I have to force myself to eat to reduce the amount of anxiety I have. I have been experiencing an upswing in the amount of anxiety I have too, I have noticed.

I am just curious is this a thing for a lot of people this month too here? If you have lost your appetite I would love for you to weigh in and try to trace it back to something. I am also experiencing low energy.

For me it has nothing to do with the cold either because it has been warm where I live. What is your currant experience right now and how are you managing to keep on eating if you have seemed to lose your appetite?

I lost it back in October!

Today I had a cheese stick, a cookie, an English muffin, two chips, a little ice cream, and a forced smoothie with all my supplements.

I’m so nauseous all the time that I don’t want to eat.

I tend to be more affected by the new moon phases when it comes to food intake, it seems, but I don't lose my appetite, just the opposite. I crave more stuff and tend to make more poor impulsive choices during those phases. Then I have to deal with the side effects/"mystery" symptoms that I used to be convinced (by being repeatedly diagnosed with these things by many professionals most of my life) were colds/flu/tummy bugs/seasonal allergies/etc. Didn't realize I was simply eating many of my ills via regularly ingesting heavy mucus forming foods and not simply "catching" them as I'd been taught.

On the rare days I do feel like I can't/don't want to eat much, I like to juice a big stack of greens, a whole head of celery, 4 or 5 apples, and a knob of ginger to drink throughout the day (or other favorite greens/fruit combinations), as it helps pack a nutritional punch, helps hydrate, and is a substantial amount of food I'd never be able to stomach during that time. I also save the pulp to make flatbread with. I grab some walnuts in between, or some nut butter, or some beans/hummus, or whatever plant-based protein source my body feels drawn to that day and supplement as necessary.

I used to greatly fear fasting from solid foods and such as I wasn't sure where my next meal was coming from for quite a long period in my life and found it really hard to escape that mindset. But I've since learned through experience that it can be helpful for many things, too. I noticed when animals are ill, they don't run to the local drug store to grab some OTC meds, feed their colds, grab a bowl of soup, or reach for comfort foods...they fast until they feel better, then carry on. I've learned much from the wild things these last few years. Wishing you wellness, less anxiety, and a restored appetite.

Nah, my appetite has been good and must better than it was in the past but I gag on my food a lot even though I like it and struggle to eat mainly my lunch. I feel like I have to force food down sometimes.

Wishing you wellness, less anxiety, and a restored appetite.

Thank you so much. I just found out that we are going to be having a eclipse and a full moon in two weeks and I thought there was a strange powerful energy. I appreciate all of the people weighing in to this. I am learning a lot. It is just me I guess.

Before this happened, I was actually getting hungry and I was able to eat normally.
