5 Things I'm Thinking Today

I think that it must have been back in the 19 90s, Strathclyde police bent their helicopter, following up reports of a woman's screaming coming from an old quarry.
Someone had heard a vixen, and hadn't known what it was.

Rescued fox Grainne is just wild about her 'Dr Doolittle' - Independent.ie
People used to think they were seeing things in Thomastown, Grainne the fox used to stand on Pat Fitzgibbon's shoulders.
She was very tame. My ex knew Pat, to talk to fairly well. Like any wild animal, she was jumpy, but if you put your hand up slowly for her to sniff, she'd playfully mouth it.

I found a hypothermic cub once, got it warmed up and feeding, but it only lasted a few days.

I had a stoat for a year, that was amazing. Weasels are supposed to be easier. There are pics on the net of pet Weasels lying on their backs getting tickled.

I had the negatives of the photos of my stoat ready to get more prints, my mother binned them, and gave most of the good prints to my father

more thoughts:
1. I'm confused. if your fingernails have white marks which mean you're deficient in whatever mineral (cant remember which), then once it grows out and you cut the white marks off, are you then no longer deficient? Because I was just thinking, say you left your nails to grow real long? Well then the white deficiency marks would still be there, you know?
2. The sun! the sun is out!
3. I almost forgot what it looks like
4. Really needing to sleep
5. Wild pets are fun :)
6. the windows updates are reminding me of some song or something about a cat who came back, never went away?

Hair and nails only record deficiency or excess at the time that that part was actively forming.

The classic way to detect arsenic poisoning and it's timing was by analysing hair. A sudden start probably indicated deliberate poisoning. There was a nasty problem with natural arsenic poisoning in domestic well water around dundalk a few years ago. That got picked up when people's hair started to fall out, and someone thought to get it analysed.

I have cognitive (thinking) difficulties when reading a thread, I hope my posts are helpful to people but I don't know if I always understand the information they are wanting when I reply.
I try to be helpful to others if I can be, but I think I fundamentally doubt myself a lot and this makes me skittish.
I wish I could think clearer, but mind fog is a reality for me and I don't always understand things the way I should.
It is time to put my foot down with some family members behaviors, they are really pushing my buttons lately.
I am ready to heal from this latest illness that has had me down the past 5-6 days....I need a break.

  • Small bottle brushes rock my reduce/re-use/recycle world.
  • People who talk over me on the phone mid-sentence really pluck my nerves.
  • Tackling laundry while it's still a mole hill feels much nicer than trying to tackle Thread Mountain.
  • It feels good to be cooking with the a lot of same stuff I use as moisturizers...lol...takes "no waste" to a whole new level.
  • Music.....sweet, sweet music....I thank you for the motivation, the inspiration, the validation, and the moves I didn't realize I still had.
