While you strategize ways for him to have more healthy milkshakes, consider strategizing self care too. It's hard to see someone in pain and not able to do what others do.I am a practical minded person who like to do things and do not know what to do about it.
If he is concerned about serious vitamin deficiencies, then I’d suggest a consult with a nutritionist or doctor. For moderate concern, he could take a multi vitamin. If he doesn’t like swallowing them, they make vitamin gummies now for adults.But how did you make sure to get enough vitamins?
