Muscle Rolling

Maybe a few tips for the novice?

I’m still a novice myself!

I think it’s important to go slow.....both as you are rolling, and in general so that you don’t overdo it in terms of how long you roll each muscle group.

Definitely look up how to do muscle rolling. There are sites that have videos so that you know how to work each muscle group.

It’s also important to not roll a joint, just roll muscles.

Some say it’s ok to roll your IT band, others say don’t, so for now I’m not rolling it.



I’m so excited! Today I went to a yard sale and bought two plexus wheels. I gave the guy $10 total for everything I bought (it was for charity). I had no idea these things were so expensive!
