@Changing4Best Unfortunately this is a new doctor who doesn't know me well who just renewed meds my previous doctor prescribed. I'm going to have to contact her again, maybe we can do a video visit. Hopefully she will agree to authorize it.

it's a general belief that there is something higher than us. The UNIVERSE is a complex and powerful system. With many thing's and powers that we don't understand or can't comprehend or fathom. I bow down to that and try to respect it. The power of the universe is immense. I also believe that prayer does actually work. That by practicing prayer you can influence your personnel universe and others.

My Mom used to say that she prayed but did not know to whom she prayed. My niece believes in the universe as her Higher Power, so I do understand. I think for those of us who do pray to God, many of us may have different views on Who or What God is. I am glad that you @Survivor3 are with us today.

I made an appointment to see a new therapist via video chat a week from today. Please pray it goes well.

During the past 3 years I have lost 3 family members so that there are no immediate family members left. My baby brother just passed away yesterday and I am not sure how I am going to do with things being as they are now, so if you would be so kind as to say a prayer, it would mean so much to me.
