Sufferer Too Many Diagnoses for the Title

Hello, I'm WildTomato, introducing myself to this website I wish I had found years ago, opposed to 5 mins ago.
F/42/Canada, CPTSD, ADHD, Bi-polar, multiple personality with disassociative tendencies, currently going through hell in a number of pathways and dementors.
I've been going through trauma since before I was born, it's been worse in the last 7 years when I almost overworked myself into an early grave, developed a heart problem, my life falling apart and being diagnosed bat sh*t crazy. I've been trying to make sense of and deal with this ever since and considering the state of the world in the last 5 years, especially in Canada, things aren't peachy in any sense and it seems to get worse in my life every day.
That being said I hope to listen, heal and help whoever I can. I've always been a good ear and a set of guidelines from what I've learned with my conditions and situations.
I hope this avenue will help all of is deal with the crap we've been dealt with.

hello wildtomato. welcome to the forum. pardon me while i jump immediately off topic to say your user name touched a soft spot in my heart. here on the far southern great plains, the nearest i've ever seen to a wild tomato are the volunteer tomatoes which spring up in my garden every spring. left overs from last year's planting. i love my volunteers.

your post title fits what i call, "my psycho-smorgasbord." i started my recovery from child sex trafficking in 1972. in addition to the hard to pigeon hole symptoms which have personified my recovery, the psychiatric sciences have been rapid cycling for all the decades of my recovery. am i manic depressive or bipolar? oopsie. misdiagnosis. let's try, "civilian shell shock" on for a try. rename. let's call that, "ptsd." etcetera, etceteri through 50 odd years of recovery. i often wonder if i suffer PDD. Psychiatric Disorder Disorder. sigh. . . how 'bout the more traditional moniker of JPC. Just Plain Crazy.

Lmfao I love your humor. Psycho Smorgasbord fits very well actually
Psychiatric Disorder Disorder is about right or Psychiatric Misdiagnosis Manic Disorder brought on by changing views on the subject coupled with the people who write this sh*t have no idea what they're doing since they haven't experienced it then come up with ways that academia tells them is right but it's so wrong

Wild Tomato was an old username given to me on a game called Poptropica i played like 20 years ago I've never heard of a volunteer tomatoe but I'm totally intrigued lol

I can imagine what you've been through but I'm glad you've gotten to the place where the trauma makes you funny I hope life is much better now and thank you for welcoming me to this new place I needed 5 years ago. It's so much better to know there's people out there like you when you're so alone.

i haven't cared to do the research, but i believe that sometimes my garden volunteers of many species come from my compost, but more often they come from last season's leftovers from plants i left in place. just believing. proof irrelevant.

being able to see the gentle, compassionate humor in the situation is my most trusted clue that i am on a sustainable healing path. emphasis on, "gentle, compassionate." cruel and sarcastic humor are my most trusted clue that i best get busy working my psychotherapy network. i've tripped and fallen down the proverbial rabbit hole AGAIN! ! ! i've done that enough times to have chatted with that hookah smoking caterpillar more than once. her name is maybelene.
