Our cats

Boy cats are so different from girls. We used to have one that could tell time. Five minutes before my wife got home I would hear him jump off where ever and run to the front window to watch for her.

If she was late I had to tell him and 5 minutes before she got home he would go watch for her again.

So clever how they know the time!

Our previous cat would know what time my partner came home from work and look out the window waiting. Wheny partner looked up to the cat, the cat would look away pretending she wasn't interested or that she had noticed her. Then when my partner would come into the house, the cat would run from the window into the hall way to wait for her. And as soon as my partner came in and saw her, the cat would pretend she wasn't waiting and walk away. So contrary!

The same boy cat used to try to get us up on weekends. He would start walking across our feet and eventually got impatient and worked his way up the bed. I would wait until he was in range, grab him and put him under the covers between us and he would be asleep in a couple minutes.

Literally just went through the same tango with Butternut lol he’s finally curled up next to me - working that hard to keep us on schedule must be exhausting😂

This is Becks and Loki. Siblings from a local rescue. My son wanted a cat and because we are both gone long hours I didn't want Loki to be lonely so ....I bought my sons cat a cat 😏. Loki on the right is a bit standoffish when it comes to attention. He tolerates it.
Becks on the left, has resting B**** face at all times. Looks at you like he despises you. But he's actually incredibly affectionate, borderline needy. Loves to be carried around.

My cat Ginger while my daughter is trying to work.
I use a lap desk that fits across my chair arms, Missy can walk across it without touching a key.
Pearl really doesn't get why she should do that.

Our first two, Spooky, the girl, loved me and tolerated my wife because she fed her.
Otis the boy, couldn't care much about me but followed my wife around everywhere to get attention from her.
