What made you feel better today?

@Teasel

I'm not sure. I was just reading a little about it. Her T has taught her grounding techniques by sensing the sights, smells, etc. She just refuses to use them, preferring to get the rage out her own way. Her job is very stressful and she has way too many other responsibilities. I can only help so much.

Thanks for the suggestion. I will look more into this.

My daughter gave me the news that she's a DM now, running her own game of DnD with 8 players signed up. I hope it goes well for her. I'm so proud.

Also, I'm lying here in an inn with not a penny to my name but a sword for hire and 'have tragic backstory - will travel', laughing my arse off because I'm a f*cking DnD stereotype.

I jumped on the mini-trampoline while listening to Happy by Pharrell Williams. Was a “oh what the heck, why not” kind of moment.

I found that mini-trampoline on the sidewalk for free about a year ago. Used it for a while then the novelty wore off. My apartment is pretty small so I wanted to get rid of it but daughter said hell no. Grateful for her and grateful for the part of me that lets me do that kind of thing now and then.

This will probably sound a little crazy but I found it helpful. We flew back from South Africa yesterday, it was a long long flight. We were pretty brain dead and exhausted. We went to bed at 9:00 and were wide awake at 3:00. This morning my friend says we should do some ketamine so we did. We listened to guided meditations while the ketamine did its work. I found it very helpful

walking an older dog and a younger dog together, I swear there was a lesson in correct walking with humans 101 going on. Like all of a sudden staying close and listening to instructions mattered to these two. Competition yes, obediance, not so much. until today.
