I don't know where to begin. I was abducted recently and they had me do the most vile and gross things. I'm not sure who to talk to. Reply here if you want to hear about it, I need to talk about it.

That sounds like it’s triggering some symptoms for you. There’s many grounding techniques that’ll work for that. If you google “101 grounding techniques” there’s a very good website that my therapist uses. There’s many strategies and perspectives that I’ve learnt on this forum that have helped. Start wherever you like, I hope we can get or provide you some support.
the problem is i can't find any nearby therapists that take insurance and i live in seattle. Any intrusive memories also? Sleep issues? Nightmares? Avoidance?
Regardless of other symptoms, it’s always good to seek a trauma therapist. There are many ways of doing this depending on what area you’re in.
You can also you a diary here to track symptoms, experiences, thoughts, whatever. There’s many things that help with it.
Whatever you think would be helpful. On this site you can create a trauma diary, and that is something that you can share your story and update, as well as get support through other memories, or even just people being there and hearing you.maybe if I shared my story it might help?
I’m from the UK so I’m not entirely sure how it works. But, have you tried multiple people? I’ve heard some folks on here say that their therapist put a diagnosis pretty early on to deal with insurance companies and such.the problem is
Yeah, I get the avoidance. Sometimes staying prepared with grounding tools can help massively as there’s only so much pure avoidance can do.I avoid dog
