I slept well, the dreams were just that dreams.

Heather, I went through about a MONTH of dreams where I was having sex with lots of really random people. I remember telling my very, very dearly close friend about it over lunch one day while we were studying. He said, "Well, have you had dream sex with me?" I looked at him over my book, then raised the book higher to hide my face. He is probably still laughing right now.Oh, and then the fun dreams of having sex with my therapist!
I generally do not lucid dream to begin with and am not aware I am going into the dream state while it happens, though I can imagine that this is common with lucid dreamers. Usually I am able to lucid dream when I am very aware of my dreams while awake, thinking about them a lot or writing them down. Then when I'm dreaming, I will catch something in the dream that tells me I am dreaming. It's easiest to do in recurring dreams, because I have a sense of weird familiarity and try to find the source of the familiarity, and then I realize I'm in a dream. No it's more like being consciously aware when you are drifting into dream-state So once you do enter dream state you are able to learn to control everything around you
I so feel you, Reign. I have corrected my sleep cycle no less than six times this month.Even if I fix my sleep pattern, it always veers in that direction again.

The last few nights have been awful. Its torture trying to get to sleep, and then I woke up in a panic a few times. I don't remember dreaming anything, I have no idea why I woke up.
Ugh. I'm considering some proper medication at this point.
That was the effect of singing on stage for the first time, very scary!!
Hi Hazen
Have you tried amitriptyline? it is non addictive & helps to reset your sleep patterns without leaving you feeling too drowsy the next day.
