I know there are many out there with parental issues. But for me........

5) I can tell my wife, my kids, my grandkids that I love them. Sometimes that is not said enough in this world. "I love you" And virtually any time the kids, grandkids, my Mom or sisters and family part, we do it with a hug.

I am currently incredibly frustrated by the lack of profit I (think I) am getting from the group sessions here at the clinic. So...

35. I like that I still haven't exploded in the group's face although I've been feeling like it for over a week now.
36. I like that I got the idea to write down everything I have learned from my in-patient stay up until today - it will hopefully reduce the level of my frustration.
