Didn't get dressed - staying in my pj's so work doesn't feel so much like work. :rolleyes:

I woke late, had coffee in my PJs, had a long girlie shower, scented body scrub, gel etc and then moisturised from head to toe. Feel relaxed, soft and feminine.

Now a lazy Sunday.

Slept in, detox bath, facial, nail care, and did a skin treatment with coconut oil... some inspirational reading, and I'm making a black and kidney bean turkey chili.

Just heading out shortly to get the bandage changed on my leg at the clinic.

Ate ALL of the rest of the cheesecake and custard from dinner with my girlfriend Sunday night, chased with a half glass of wine and "Mama Mia" movie with Meryl Streep and hung the phone up on HIM this time.

Don't talk sweet, make empty promises, play the 'poor me' game followed up by making ME feel guilty... I don't think I got a word in edge wise till I finally said... "O.k., I'm just going to let you go." and *CLICK* before he could even answer. There is something rewarding by stealing back some of that control - as much as I'm furious and hurt by the whole thing - I need a little @$$kicking to boost me into heightening my self-esteem.

Oh I love Mama Mia! I hadn't seen it until this summer, but it's now a firm favourite!

I have re-started my Blog. I'm researching in to Colitis... for the dog! There seems to be very little info out there, so fingers crossed anything that I discover may be of help to others. You never know...

I couldn't resist, I've been thinking about it and yesterday during work I just had this feeling I needed to go back to the Pet and Feed Store and I got a kitty!

She was sleeping and I was wanting a black male and was going to name him Sam, but she was so perfect, I had to check her out, and then she took right to me and even when I tried to check out another one, she was like 'no way, lady - you are mine!'

I took her home and she got right into the groove of things like she'd been there before...

I named her Mia - like Mama Mia - She's my little 'Dancing Queen' :p

Wished I could afford another kitty but I can't. I miss my kitties. One dog is all I can afford at this time of my life. I adore animals and they seem to adore me. I tend to relate more with animals then I do with people.

Sandra, I wish I had a house/farm so I could have more pets! :) I've always been more of a pup person as my kitty's were all barn cats growing up. My folks have the dogs since they have the property... I was just at a point where I could afford something, and just really want something to come home to. A kitty fits my apartment and my schedule perfect and my landlord was really supportive :) So excited!

That's great May1321. I have a very small house but a good size back yard plus she can get into the neighbours yard as well. So she has lots of outdoor room to run around when she has the 2 yards.

Today I have started some art work.

I loved every minute of the 2 hours I have spent on glittering up some pictures I printed of the internet to make into Christmas cards.

Sorry can't show them on here yet, or it will spoil the surprise for a few I am posting them to. :D

Now I am going to look for a template for something else I have had planned for months, hopefully to be able to sell at craft fairs very soon.
