What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

I feel content because I've spent some time away with my oldest and we have laughed and joked. We had fun and I felt like a mum again, it's been a great weekend. My daughther has been AMAZING so I got her a barge with a star on it as she's my superstar:tup::inlove:

Yet at the same time I've felt complete dispair and pain. I honestly just feel like crying, my shaking thing is worse as is the pain in my joints. Makes me so tired and grumpy sometimes, which I hate!:(:mad:

Fury
Disgust
Self loathing over my anger
Angry
Helpless
Threatened
Furious
Assaulted
Violated
...like SCREAMING

Why? Because my neighbor set up a temporary leaf fence barrier between our houses and it triggered me to feel the outrage of personal space violation. I don't know what to do with these intense feelings.
 
I do take tylenol 2 but they don't do much for my arthritis. They do help my bad back some though. So most of the time I have to grin and bear the pain. :(

I hardly ever take pain killers anymore because of my CKD, especially anti inflammatory. My brother who has diabetes has been on dialysis for 5 years now. He was on the waiting list for a pancreas and a kidney, but has been taken off the list because of his age (54) and will only get a kidney. Not enough organs in Australia.
However he takes Omega 3 capsules 1000mg every day (sorry can't tell you how much) for his pain and its also good for arthritis pain and is not harmful like pain killers. Some sources claim other benefits including cognitive function. I take several each day and chia seed with my yoghurt in the morning. This has reduced my arthritis pain considerably. Chia seed is also good for arthritis pain reduction.
The fish oil must be good quality get information from your local health food store or chemist. Check out some reputable internet sites for more info if you want.

Personal space violation can be a real triggering thing, especially for those of us that have been raised with no boundaries. I'm extremely sensitive to this issue so I can relate to you being upset with this. My neighbor has been a reoccurring violated of issue so at first we tried discussing it with them. In your case I might write out all the intense feelings first then get to where I could ask them reasonably when they plan on removing them.

Are the leaves on your property? If so, I might make them aware of this so that next time they might find another place to pile them so that your space not invaded...try to come to some agreement. Our neighbors are not entirely aware of just how little land they actually own and if they are since there are no fences they tend to utilize more of our land than they have a right to, thus having allowed their dogs to pee on our grass until we had to replace it. THAT'S when it became a real issue.

Pick your battle line and just what you will put up with then how you will approach it. I believe most people "get it" but there are some that won't so it's all on how you choose to begin your approach.
