As someone also abused in daycare, I hope you are getting help for your son as well. I went for 25 years thinking it didn't affect me before realizing it was the core of my trauma, responsible for so many troubles I've had in life.

The hard part is living in fear! Something has occured in the last 6 to 8 mo that makes me feel like I have snapped! I am so programed... when the oil spill happened I envisioned the US sucked into the aquafur. Simplest things make me panic. I did read about wait a few seconds before action but...

I'm not that good on how things work on this forum. There are formal ways to find out what you need to know, just I don't know them. What I therefore did was hit report on your last post. This calls it to the Mods attention. Then in my report, I said that I thought you needed mod help but didn't know how to ask.
