Wow thank you all :D I am in chocolate heaven! I love Cadbury's too and Lindt chocolate, wow I will be getting the Thortons ginger bar now as I love ginger. (((Lizio))) thanks for that thought provoking comment, I will be looking out for fair trade.
In Britain there is a shop called Hotel Chocolet (sp could be wrong) and it is full of wonderful things! Think they have their own fairtrade cocoa plantation.

I have a confession to make. I like Hot chocolate with Morgan's Spiced Rum in it...sooooo nice!

Also, my Son went to Belgium on a history trip and brought back so Leonidas Chocolates. they came in the most beutiful box and were the best I have ever tasted.

Also, also, I like chocolate with chilli in it. At first you can only taste the chocolate but after a few seconds there is this 'kick' and the chilli hits in. It isn't overpowering it just feels hot and is very uplifting.

I have both Belgian chocolate and white chocolate Options, plus a nice choice of spirits, I'd imagine ameretto would work as well. It may be my treat tomorrow night as H will be away.

Dark. 85% or better. Preferably with hazelnuts. I make my own truffles sometimes - with ghiardelli 100% and then butter and stevia and ethrytol or xylitol so it is sugar free. MMMMM.

My brother lives in switzerland - and they have awesome chocolate - but - as he says - "Food doesn't travel." Also chocolate coconut-milk ice cream is divine.
