How Did You Sleep Last Night?

Got a massive cramp in my calf muscle and woke up screaming hehe. Partner slept through it though lol, could sleep through anything that one! My son woke up though. Poor thing!

I had a horrible dream last night involving my brother and sister being involved in the abuse. I slept through the night, enduring the nightmare, but I don't feel rested at all. I'm sore, exhausted and depressed more then normal. It's getting harder to focus during the day with the restless nights.

3rd night in a row - can't sleep. This is getting bad... The latest med is not working anymore? Don't know what they will throw at me next... I'll try to hang in there for awhile, sometimes the insomnia will pass after a couple weeks...

Had horrible nightmares that actually started before I was totally asleep. It was like I was remembering each and every bad thing that happened to me in my life, in the correct order too. Really bad night.

I think I've slept 3 nights in a row without waking up (on the hour every hour)! Wow! I can't even remember how long it's been to get even one night like that, let alone more. :notworthy: :)

Wicked nightmares. I think I am getting the bug my family had but I can't tell if the reason I can't breathe is anxiety, asthma or a virus. Can't breathe = nightmares of collapse/suffocation. Ugh. No wonder I am exhausted.

I sleep like the dead last night - I think the painkillers had something to do with it. :) Actually I hate taking painkillers - weird dreams result. But I have been fighting a migraine for going on 4 days now and really needed to sleep.

Slept like crap again.

Had a dream of being chased, yet again. Got to safety of a car, and all I had to do was lock the car door and I would be safe, but I froze. Then I had a sudden memory that this had happened before, and before I could connect the memory, I heard a huge roaring in my head, it felt like I was being sucked out through my head, then everything when white and blank.

I woke up struggling to breath and with my heart racing. At least I'm remembering my dreams now, but not sure how that helps.

Has anyone else had this weird sensation?
