I like me now. I have a new respect for me. I am learning many wonderful truths about myself. It makes a huge difference in my life. It has changed my life for the better. After a lifetime of hating myself I am free of that. You shall know the truth and the truth will set you free. It gives me a more balanced way of living.

I am an activist for social change and I try to be a good example of the change I'd like to see in the world.

I am cheerful and optimistic. I wake up cheerful and it helps. I get a smile from my husband. When the girls are over we hug and say good morning and it is a nice way to start the day. It sets the tone for the day. I do not know how long I have been doing this. But it helps me alot.
