I would like to organise a Kris Kringle for members who wish to participate for this coming Christmas. I have a number of members here who I treasure dearly but with postage and timing etc it can become expensive and time consuming to send gifts to everyone so I thought this might be a novel idea.
My proposal at this stage is the gift is to be representative of your country, state, PTSD or if you know the person you get drawn, something that you think they would like.
As I know there are some crafty people here I don't think there should be a minimum limit however a maximum of US$20 plus postage.
To participate you must be able to organise your gift by the second week of November as international mail can take up to 6 weeks around this time of year.
Those who would like to participate can list their names here and I will contact you for your mailing address if I do not have it.
I will then place names in a bowl and PC each member who they are to send a gift to - with no return address or name on the gift (even if you know the member) other than PTSD Forum. If you want to use an address you can use PO Box 322 Bulleen 3105 Australia. I will try to make it as cross continental as possible dependent on the location of participants.
