How Do You Know When Its Time To Go In?

I am supposed to go camping, but I really feel like I need to go to the hospital for SI. How do I know if I really need to? I have my emergency plan but I don't want my T to know because I'm afraid he won't believe me. I don't know if I can make it out of this.

((((monster)))) I've been going through similar stuff. I am sure you can find someone to talk to about it... hopefully it is your T. A doctor might be able to refer you directly. Why wouldn't your T not believe you? I know how it feels. It is so hard for me to talk about it. You can make it out of this. Thanks for reaching out. You are worth finding help for the SI. How do you know if you need help? I had a similar question. For me it was a question if I feel safe. Hugs.

I'm home now from the hospital. I missed you all. They wouldn't let Nugget come. They started a new med which made me worse, then they stopped it and sent me home. Hmmm.

How are you feeling now? Did they send you home with any plans what to do next?

I think Nugget is best med.
When I went in I was feeling awful, had no support, and was left in the waiting room with 30 other people all staring at the young fat girl with makeup and tears all over her face.

I really hope you are doing ok, I'm sure Nugget is really pleased to see you.

I am glad to be home and Nugget is glad I'm here. I'm going to go to their intensive outpatient program for two weeks. I found out the drug I'm on for RLS causes suicide attempt when used in high doses. I am on a high dose. Now I have to figure out how to take care of my RLS without so much of the med. I'm glad to be back on the forum!!

My brother (Naturapath) told me to take more magnesium and it's working! I'm also sleeping better.:)

I am glad to be home and Nugget is glad I'm here.

Personally, my dog has been my best friend, my best medication and my only supporter in some awfully dark times. While I'm away at the moment (on leave today), he is my wife's best friend, supporter and someone to turn to. A good dog is an incredible help.
