How Did You Sleep Last Night?

I slept so very good last night and had no dreams at all. I am so happy about this.

I think I had one nightmare but overall I slept really, really well. I dreamed I was back at school with my friends and it was so real to me that I was disoriented when I woke up. I'm rather homesick for my college campus now but I'll be going back soon. :)

I only woke up once last night. Woo Ho. Best night in a long time. Sure is nice to have people I can talk to that don't shut me down or hurry away for fear I might say something that scares them. I gave a woman who said she has ptsd a sheet of some of the ways you can tell you've got ptsd and she didn't get it. I don't think she understands it's okay to admit you do these types of things and it's okay to laugh at yourself.

I slept most of today, again, too. I need to get out of this potential pattern soon.

Wow. Second night in a row, I only woke up one time, and was able to get right back to sleep.

What's your major?

I'm a Special Education major, my concentration is mental/severe disorders; I fell in love with working with children who have been diagnosed with autism but I still love working in the classroom no matter what disability a child has.

And last night I was so tired I just crashed. I'm taking care of my mother who just had her knee replaced so I'm up every four hours or so to make sure her ice pack is still cold and I am also keeping a fire going in the woodstove (it's cold for the South today).

I slept good last night. I am so grateful. The problem is I wake up at four am. I am so tired of this. But it has been happening every day.

I slept four hours last night. I got up at 9am so I didn't sleep through the day so I can start getting my sleep patterns back in order. (That is the theory anyway.)

I slept good last night and slept until seven thirty am, my husband woke me up to turn on the tv for him. I could have slept in longer. Oh well. Maybe tomorrow, hopefully. No bad dreams. Bliss.
