What Are You Grateful For Today?

I am grateful that I have this forum to share my experiences, my point of view as a sufferer, which may help someone here. It keeps me grounded

I am so grateful that I am doing things. So far I have had a shower, got dressed, put away some dishes, wiped down a cupboard, wiped out the bathroom and tidied up a little, put a couple of things in the bin and hung out some of my handwashing. There was a time I couldn't do this stuff and I am so grateful to be able to do housework again.

I'm grateful for my supportive friends and family(including this forum). I'd be lost without them.

I am grateful that I do have people in my life. I am grateful that I am starting to be in my own life as well.

I am grateful that the weather is getting warmer. I don't like the cold very much.

That my past wasn't worse than it was.

I am grateful that I am able to think things through a bit more.

I am grateful to my daughter for coming round today.

She cheered hubby up with this balloon and me by just being here.

I am grateful that I have had no anxiety for a few days. It feels so good to feel normal. I just hope it lasts.

I'm grateful that the people coming over are people that I don't have to worry about judging me. Still have anxiety, but I know it will be alright.

I'm grateful I didn't pass out at church and have them call an ambulance. I'm grateful that lady understood when I yelled NO when she told them call one. They have never seen me during this type pain level. And I blew it, since I didn't take my wheelchair. So when it hit, I had to try and walk. It was so blasted hard. But the main thing is, I didn't fall down. I didn't pass out. And I made it home.
