Lol that would be pretty awesome if that happened, and of course you can. Maybe one of you can balance me on your back and I can run across the ceiling lol!
Update:
Allsup hasn't contacted us since filling out the online form. There wasn't an application I don't think, but my girlfriend was the one who filled it out. Should we refill the form? Or am I just being impatient? I keep telling myself a few more days but it's pretty hard not to worry.
The apartment owner is going to evict us come the first of April if our balance is not under 500. The messed up part is we emailed her a payment plan by her request. She knows we won't have it under 500 by that day, because of how the checks come in. She has been doing this since the blow up incident after months of not taking care of it. We think she is trying to cover her butt, because she knows she broke the lease a long time ago. I really don't appreciate being bullied out of our residence.
Lawyer, we have a list (finally) after searching very specific search terms. So my partner will be calling them today. I think we need professional consult for this, as the owner is trying to be slick. We have the right mind to report her to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and leave a link to the hidden company's BBB profile on review sites. As well as any other information current, new, or previous tenants need to resolve their issues with the complex/her. It is not by any means trying to be malicious, it is helping people find the information she has tried to hide. She should not be allowed to bully or not take care of things she good and well knows she should. It is not right and people like her need to be held accountable for their irresponsible and ill willed actions.
Neighbors, we will be taking legal action against them as well. It is not right what they did, and continued to do. As well as the harassment and physical/mental anguish they have caused me. After last night, I will be making a call to children protective services as soon as we move and I mean on the drive there. The sounds I heard last night caused me to start feeling sick. Like I wanted to cry hard but couldn't and my stomach was turning and I wanted to vomit. It felt and sounded all too familiar and it was not okay.
New place, is coming along. We have found some places with an acre or so of land. When I think of an acre of l smile, I get excited in a good way. The rent is manageable, because the places we are looking at are around 40 to 50 miles out of the city. Even with the gas for the drive. So here's hoping.
