We are so excited to announce the members of the third 21 Day Challenge want to keep going.
And encourage New participants!
We will be using both a private conversation and this open thread.
For those interested in joining the Private Conversation please let me know as soon as possible. Our start date will be July 1. Invitations will be sent via Personal Conversation or Inbox!
Remember it is a Self-Challenge not a contest. The Team work has been proven to be a very positive experience for all. You may post your daily exercise in your personal diary, this thread or in the personal conversation. A daily check in is helpful if you choose to post in your diary. From others comments there has been a few who noticed they had a much better result being connected to the Team!
1. Write down three new things you are grateful for each day.
2. Journal about a positive experience experience in the last 24 hours.
3. Exercise
4. Meditation
5. A random act of kindness.
The above are the basics, those who are continuing will be strengthening our efforts and adding on.
We share and encourage through the ups and downs. Teamwork is awesome!
