Dear Daughter (sufferer) text'd me today saying she made appointment with therapist tomorrow and will drive herself!

Coming to work this morning. I used to dread Thursdays as a really poisonous lady would come into the office and just sit making awful comments about our drivers (i work for a community transport charity and all of our drivers are volunteers). Anyway last time she was in, she said something way out of line and I told her in no uncertain terms that was unacceptable.

I phoned my colleagues and we have made a plan that she no longer visits the office. I'm proud I took that stance as I hate confrontation. I now have lovely Thursdays.

I was also proactive today. I am so happy that I stopped beating myself up so much.

I made a pie, I went volunteering, I cleaned up a little, I monitored my thinking, I did some good self talk and I went to Tai Chi.

My brother bought me 10 Video games :woot: and tought me how to play basketball :happy:

Grocery shopping with my 14 year old son. It was mainly for him and for dinner. I enjoyed spending time with him and not freaking out on the inside because I was out.
