@TheBubzilla - I had to laugh at that comment because I am the same way - It's mostly related to the muscle group you work out and the load the muscle group gets used to and the way your own body is built. For example if you do 50 push ups a day but then one day have to carry a huge bag of groceries a few blocks, you can be crazy sore even though your upper body is used to and efficient at basically pushing its own weight.How is it I can power walk up to 6km, but these petty little things wipe the floor with me!
