Hi @Radise. The first thing I listed is a workout from from a company called Beach Body.

They put out a whole bunch of workouts lead by different trainers. The one I mentioned is lead by Tony Horton and his are called 'P90X'. Horton has a few of the P90X dvd series. (there's P90, P90X, P90X2 and P90X3) Each dvd complete series takes you 90 days in which you follow the schedule. I do the P90X and the P90X3 as I find those two workout series' to be the best match for me.

The P90X series is a combination of cardio, weight training, plyometrics with a nice mix and match in each workout. I have done the P90X several times now and they are my 'go-to' staples.

I really like the Krav Maga. I was looking for a gym that was inclusive to women and was lucky to find one close by.
 
I did 5 sprinting laps of the loop in my apartment complex I made for myself (because it's safer, gated and all). I'm not sure the distance but I passed my 10,000 steps for the day and the 30 minutes active minutes and it's not even 2pm.

My asthma is still a problem. I'm hoping it will get better with time. But I'm losing weight. 5 pounds in the last week or so and that is motivating.
