I Realize That I

I realise that it is less than two weeks before Papa Bear goes into respite care for a month. It is so good for him there! He has so many people that he talks to and interacts there with. He will be very well looked after and he will be safe as it is possible for him to be at this time.

I realise that I need a break.

I realize that good people are similar in their goodness, but each are very different, unique.

I realize (or suspect) internal self-beliefs likely influence how I interpret life or my role within it.

I realize that it feels like parts of me have been chipping away over the years, now it feels like I will crack apart.

I realize it's like some kind of constitutional flaw to be a so-called sweet person, really not a good thing. I've tried to pick it apart, & it's not related to people pleasing, nor does it contribute for me to a sense of identity or self-worth or purpose. It really is actually quite detrimental. It's like being born a turtle without a shell. I don't know how to describe it except for that.

I realize that I did good by stepping back just now from mopping floor with that stick, almost injured my hand while trying to soak it. I also felt bit strain on thighs, glad didn't move forward.

I realize that I can not always assume 'appearances' reflect the actual truth for someone else or even the facts. However, if I try to offer from a common ground of mutual heart connection, without self-motives...I can share an honest compassion.

I realize that my present condition about the loss of my home and family is a huge shock to my system. It will take a break for me and time to heal me up. I am really hurting and grieving inside right now. I think I am being triggered all over the place by my current situation.
