News Why It's So Hard To Talk To White People About Racism

Something about entirely construed histories about that murder for political purposes of framing of a too loud & clear headed woman who continues to be influencial and uncomfortable for a ruling régime. I think there's two sides of many stories, minimum.

It's not as if she just sent to the dungeon. She was found guilty after a jury of her peers heard both sides of the story. She didn't have a show trial. She testifies on her behalf and had a prestigious lawyer represent her.

Wikipedia: Between 1973 and 1977, in New York and New Jersey, Shakur was indicted ten times, resulting in seven different criminal trials. Shakur was charged with two bank robberies, the kidnapping of a Brooklynheroin dealer, attempted murder of two Queens police officers stemming from a January 23, 1973 failed ambush, and eight other felonies related to the Turnpike shootout.[4][73] Of these trials, three resulted in acquittals, one in a hung jury, one in a change of venue, one in a mistrial due to pregnancy, and one in a conviction; three indictments were dismissed without trial.

Sometimes if it looks like a duck and it quacks like a duck ....sometimes it's a duck.

If I started a group and I used and followed the statement from another famous person like this one.
As a Christian I have no duty to allow myself to be cheated, but I have the duty to be a fighter for truth and justice.

It sounds reasonable and even judicious but sense it's from Adolf Hitler don't you think that would make some suspicious of my motives.

I didn't say every time something happened because of my race. But more frequently, in specific ways?

I apologize if you think I'm putting words in your mouth and I don't discount your life events. I wanted to point out sometimes cops stop people for a reason. Many, many times I stopped someone of color and early in the conversation I was accused of stopping them JUST because they were black. I'm reasonably sure I would never convince them otherwise and I didn't try. If you look at every life event from a black-white issue you will most often find it whether it exists or not. Like the "Black Lives Matter" events yelling wolf every time makes people ignore the real valid problems.

@Bill Dickerson, I appreciate that research. It's still something I'm studying & reading up on, and can see your point.

As to the personal paragraph, thank you for the apology. My original thoughts to that simply weren't 'just' stopping, that mostly gets annoying, flashbacks went elsewhere. I agree that looking on everything with black & white lens brings more problems than solves & doesn't exactly help cooperation, and I'm sorry you've met with a lot of hostility while just trying to do your job. It was not in my intention to imply you did wrong by performing your duties, as again, I'm not those people, and I haven't had an issue with you &/or your service.

Too long didn't read version: So it's all good, man.

Does anyone know anything about the man "King Noble" who put out a video Tuesday about it being open season on whites and the police?

Also Homeland Security advised our local LEO's of a threat received of a plan to ambush/shoot an Officer at our Criminal Justice Center.

Haven't heard of it. This "shooting whites and cops" bs is getting out of control. My abuser was a sheriff's deputy, but that doesn't mean I don't respect all law enforcement, and the importance of having law and order. If there is another civil war, it could be a full on race war, if this keeps up.

With so many evil psychopaths hiding behind a badge and gun. I don't feel sympathy when they get offed. Less for me to worry about.

With this attitude, why would I think otherwise?

Please tell me if this is triggering or not helpful,
Couple of recent examples, Wendy McElroy had a link up a week or so ago to a vid of cops doing what they did to you (Ed). She advised against watching it. They tortured the guy to death.

Then, a lady in Columbus Ohio, cut her arm, her sister called for an ambulance and paramedics. A local cop showed up and decided to shoot the lady's dog, but, being an only one, he ended up kneecapping the lady's four year old daughter. He then decided to leave without saying a word.

Cops the world over seem to be drawn from a group of people who have the aim of using extreme violence to enforce conformity, whether to ocd behaviour, or to racial majority profile.

Lower the costs of indulging in bad actions, and its no surprise that you get more bad actions indulged in.

In that respect, raising the price to the cop perp of indulging in bad behaviour, makes us all safer.

Objections to that truism, are instances of "the thin blue whine"

Or in Canada, " red red whine..."

I appreciate that racial issues are heavily pronounced when it comes to law enforcement practices and that this is a hot-button issue this year, but I would like to gently caution all participants when it comes to staying on topic, which is institutionalized racism and white privilege (correct me if I'm wrong, @Ms Spock).

Again, I appreciate that there is a lot of entanglement with the thread topic and the topic of law enforcement in particular. I just think this thread may be in jeopardy of straying a tad too far from its essence. :)
