.. I started with reciting lyrics to Taty songs but. With those seven seconds I've been planking it isn't even an intro time. :hilarious: More trying.

Edited: What do you think of yourselves as, when exercising? Could it help you with balancing out? I found I'm hella more stable when I'm all 'I'm an airplane wing'. But then I tend to be able to get back to balances when anything shifts to planes, so the same idea may not be applicable, but yeah, thinking + bodyscheme match = may do.

I've got a challenge to win, an eight-pack to gain, revenge to take, and the goal to get a bit more of a hilarious contrast between my 26-inch waist and 15-ft behind. :D

Feeling about the same. Not even gonna lie. My upper abs are feeling most of it though haha. I need to focus on lower abs and muffin top
 
I'm quite excited for the one-week check-in on Tuesday. I hope everyone is having fun planking, brooming, and whatever else you've decided to come on board for.

@Owl. Your spirit is adorable, but you are going down, woman. I just bought fruit and Greek yogurt instead of alcohol (those aisels are shockingly close together).
 
Guuuuuys - I'm so f***in' LOPSIDED!
Still not doing 45 seconds (went for 3x30 per plank scattered throughout the usual routine instead), but the left side is going to be the end of me.

Doesn't matter when I do it, first, last, separate from the others, it can and will turn into the elusive eighth circle of Hell in less than a third of the time it takes for the other two to get there, and by the 3rd set, I sound like a walrus in heat. :bag:

BUT - still doing it.
Also turned my kitchen into the Kingdom of Protein and Fiber.

Giiiiiirl, let's not forget I'm a)a whole lot older and b)a bit of a physical wreck here!
Once you've suddenly and unexpectedly become stationary as often as I have and still are planking, there might be a chance I'll admit defeat, but until then - eat the shorts I don't wear because my legs are hideous!

I'm at two min averages, plus some snailing.

Needed to add I enjoy snailing helluva more than planking. I never knew of the interesting cobbwebs & greatness of dirt & sunshine all around! Photography inspiration, who cares exercise fails. :D
 
I took a week off because I was sick. I went back to this today, doing the broom thing where you turn from side to side holding a broom handle. Someone back there in this tread wrote about that being helpful in firming up belly fat. I did it for 5 minutes. He suggested doing it for the length of a movie, like 2 hours a day. It will take me awhile to get up to doing that!
