Edited: What do you think of yourselves as, when exercising? Could it help you with balancing out? I found I'm hella more stable when I'm all 'I'm an airplane wing'. But then I tend to be able to get back to balances when anything shifts to planes, so the same idea may not be applicable, but yeah, thinking + bodyscheme match = may do.
