Thanks @Recovery4Me :hug: it's been an insane journey and a very painful one as of recent but im trying and fighting as hard as I can....

Didnt know, or better worded I didnt want to feel all of this again but I know I have to, Ive always knew I had to...but very much didnt want to. I tried to force myself to forget, pushed it down where I wanted it to stay...forever...

I built an insane amount of walls during that and trying to get through them all is very hard but im at it, or at least very close to it...
 
I have a question for anyone that wants to answer.

If I counter one, I fight myself...like one side says "no you really are a horrible piece of shit that deserves nothing good and should be punished"...i counter it again and it ends up being this internal fight that drives me mad, i end up just giving in to the "bad" side that seems stronger or will get frustrated and go break something (like I threw my fist through a mirror because of what i was thinking about what i saw...about me).

How do you win the fight on the "good" side? Like how do you counter it and it stay countered? Is it just sayinf it over and over?
 
Have you looked at DBT @lostforgottensoul? the DBT Skills Handbook is apparently really good. It is the treatment for BPD. You can watch Marsha Linehan on youtube. All the skills in DBT could be a great help to you in managing this stuff. Some of us having being doing a Challenge on DBT Skills - so Radical Acceptance, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness skills - I am only learning but they are used for a lot more than BPD these days. They are used for depression, anxiety and PTSD.
