OK, I can do this.

1. I'm alive.
2. I keep bouncing back after setbacks.
3. I never give up.
4. I can laugh my way through anything.
5. I can make people around me laugh and have fun.
6. I have finally made a good choice or two in life.
7. I can force myself to function even when I'm freaking out because it's thundering outside.
8. I create my own positive energy, and I keep it going.
9. I am fun to work with.
10. I am strong.
11. I can be self sufficient.
12. I have remembered to eat everyday for the last few months.
13. I can trust people who are trustworthy.
14. I have been standing up for myself at work.
15. I continue to improve myself.

I'm accepting of others, regardless of looks, lifestyle or socio-economic status. My level of acceptance grew a lot, and is still growing. It seems to being me closer to a greater sense of personal spirituality. Kind of a humbling process. I am liking this about myself, and want to keep developing it, so I can continue to like myself more.

OK, number 2.

I am a very safe driver. And am proud of my driving skills. I am patient and give other motorists a break. My stress management for driving is very good now as well, much improved.

Now that's 6, 7 and 8.

#3. I have completely revised by diet. Made a lot of progress discovering better foods for me, this is helping a lot I think.

I like that I am into functional things, and enjoy practicality.

Style counts, for sure. But there is an economy of style in the practical. It's low key and kinda in the background, not begging for attention. In design, I relate to function very well, the holy grail. And it has guided me through many projects.
