Understand AI use at MyPTSD: all AI use is explained in our AI help page. AI use is by choice here. It exists if you want it, but does nothing unless you choose to use it.
1. That wink hurt. Fawk.
2. Still behind on that commission. Just, hell. That's not words, that's a minefield.
3. Whatever. It's going to be 'the spring's back soon' motto of Archery Bunch or nothing. The spring's back soon and we're all not ready yet :D

I went to yoga tonight and it was too much. I am glad to recognize that.
Be grateful for support, do not question whether it is necessary.
Have patience.
Goofy and silly is good.
1. Need some continuous hours of quiet to get through some tasks that require a high degree of focus,
2. Getting home at a decent time is critical the rest of the year. No exceptions.
3. Can flu/cold season hurry up and end.
4. Take responsibility for and control of my own actions and don't just react.
5. Staying calm and centered is the goal, even if life just ramped up crazy busy.
-mindful of thoughts and what I allow 'in'. (music, tv, negativity, etc) (watch for triggers and dissociation)
-set recurring alarms on phone for safe place and breathing reminders
-be thankful (find things)
-go somewhere (therapist suggested feeding ducks but not today)
-check pool to see if repair was made to jacuzzi (would like to start using for mimicry of safe place and because it feels good)
-be more open, baby steps
-keep life going don't ball-up
-make my plan for today (look at pool, find duck habitat, safe place time, food, sun, shower)
-do work in ptsd workbook
-breathe
-mindful thoughts and actions
-I will get better at what I practice each day, be it by choice or subconsciously. (so powerful)
