1) Holy hell did that make me mad. Ok, going to use that anger to crutch my way out to the mailbox.
2) Please, please let there be an L&I check
3) Hmm... I also need to pee. How do I lose track of that
4) By the way, found my pain meds. Of course, not that I've found them I haven't taken any. Pain is a bit more manageable.
5) I thought I would nap but that doesn't seem to be happening
 
1) Wow am I a cranky-pants this morning
2) I am not impressed with uber so far. I think I don't get how it works
3) Maybe I should just suck it up and drive?
4) I am not much of a weather complain, but sheesh, this is not pleasant
5) it takes a researcher to figure out that working three jobs and/or struggling to pay the bills puts a strain on a marriage? really1?!?! really!??!? gee, thanks Mr. Researcher, no one could have figured that out
 
1. Let the redecorating begin. :)
2. Peace is the goal and the peace that comes from balance in all of its dimensions.
3. Embracing the complexities and interrelationships of what use to be more cut and dried. Nothing is simple, but the complexity is beautiful and solutions are simple but their effects flow like water throughout all the layers.
4. Who says change has to be incremental?
5. Don't overthink it, do it, live it and adjust from there. Face the fear and walk through it.
 
1) this thread has been a bit slow of late
2) I have a very hard time separating out fatigue vs bad mood vs sick
3) I am convinced that tomorrow the dr is going to say I am ready to go back to work, on light duty, and that is stress me out
4) T stuff is complicated
5) which reminds me, time for another kind of T
 
I should clean my apartment more regularly so that it doesn't build up. Luckily it is small so even when it is bad it isn't too big of a job. Just the bathroom and floors left.
Cleaning makes me feel like I am starting a new leaf or something. I do not enjoy it, but it is so nice to have a clean space. Now I'd like to take that internally and create a healthier environment for my body with healthier foods.
I do enjoy taking out the trash and throwing it into the bins.
I'd like to be able to set a goal and then reach it. I know I am not the kind of person who can follow strict routines, so whatever sorts of structure do work are the ones with flexibility. If I try to be strict I fail and end up feeling defeated.
As much as it is sometimes scary to do new things, or be in new places it is necessary.
