My Nephew got a new watch the other day and he has been proudly showing it off to anyone who'll look at it. It triggered a flashback of when I got a watch as a child, My memory isn't as pleasant as my nephews. It's been three days since it all begun and I'm just drained, tired and overwhelmed. My typical pattern is this. I get triggered, I get overwhelmed, after I get sick of being overwhelmed I just dissociate, then I'll live in this dissociative trance for a while and then I'll comeback.
I would say the length of this cycle varies a few days to a couple months I'd say. Anyone know any tricks to shorten it?
