Hang tough girlie. Sounds like it's time to apply all of your self-care and coping mechanisms. Maybe just keep life as simple as possible and take it one day or one hour at a time. I know when I think too far ahead of what I'm able to manage, I don't manage anything well at all. I don't do "focus" too well, so it's especially difficult when I'm stressed to get anything done, so I've been working on being able to just focus on one task at a time. Sometimes, I have to find the right setting, the right music, the right tea.... whatever takes, so that I can accomplish tasks. I actually put in 2 job applications today. Oh, what a time that was! So much anxiety and so difficult dealing with intrusive, negative thoughts, but I did it. Keep trying and keep taking care of yourself. I'm hearing you if that helps. Best to you. :) VB
