Lion-I would like to see that if you can post or send.

Sometimes by the time I get to the end of the sentence, I cant remember the first part. Then I have to go back and re-read several times to get it.

I couldn't make out a word of the help videos, at least the last time I saw them. I think they added CC for some of our members (not sure if it was on here or SSA) so that would be useful :D

Same. I have a hearing impairment, so I depend on closed caption to understand what is being said in movies and videos. So I couldn't really watch the quoting video that was sent to me on how to quote posts in the notification I got. I had to use what I could figure out from the alert I was given. :O_o:
