I was unsure where to post this thread but here goes...

Am I the only one who after taking...

I can go all day without food, and eat at night. I have to eat before I go to sleep for some reason. My PTSD is worst than it ever was, so I had to stop working now recently, and get some counseling. Im not sure if its getting worst, or it will stay the same, or it just finally begun. I know one thing, Im not right to work right now, and my med's keep me under control for now, so far.
I just understand you there, but now Im rambling, time to go......

Well, I did reschedule, but with different doctors, as pdoc is too challenging at the moment.
It was today and it went very well, compassion, thoroughness, and affordable medication. I'll need follow up every 2 weeks.
Really a great group of people, and I'm grateful as can be.

Am I the only one who gets so caught up in something and don't realize how hard their pushing themselves until they stop and then have trouble moving at all?

Am I the only one who gets so busy writing, their train comes and goes without realizing it until you suddenly notice all the people are gone look at the clock and it left 15 minutes ago? Well I guess now is the time to see if I still get to work on time catching the next train.
