Anger Turned To Violence Please Help

My experience has taught me that you would be very well advised to leave. This ime, is not something that can be tackled within a relationship that has it's strains.
I left, belatedly and the space has given me the chance to attend to my disorder(s). I am now PTSD free. Staying, just makes it worse.

Plus one for leaving. It took me a year to do so and in that time both the PTSD and my relationship got worse. Since leaving now two months ago, I have had the space to really deal with the disorder and would now say that I am clear. Staying will very likely not go well. Especially as in your case, there is violence and children.

food fight. No one got hurt. We are of course getting only one side of the story, and we all know there is three (his, hers and the full truth). Couples therapy is a must. As for The $1.25 difference in burger price, I think it safe to say that there is WAY more going on than the expenditure issue if this is what sent you both over the edge.

I'm sorry but am I missing something, You ordered a double cheese burger, your wife wanted to save money but she argued all the way home about it, which seems really trivial. You then tried to defuse the situation by going into another room so you could both cool down, of which she started the argument back up, so by then you blew and threw a burger at her in anger . but she retaliated by hitting u in the ball with a bottle. It looks like ur wife is more upset with your relationship more than whats happening around you and work. It looks like your using this experience at work as an excuse for the problems your having in your relationship have you sat her down and asked what's on her mind
